The Connecticut Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the appeal submitted by John Rose and the City of Hartford in opposition to the ruling issued by Judge Peck regarding the illegal altering of the petitions handled by Hartford's Democratic Registrar of Voters Olga Vazquez.
This was predictible...Mr Rose should follow his leader Mayor Perez and leave with him when Perez either pleads guilty and/or is found guilty at trial.
keep up the good work Rosie. someone posted on another story that the best way to close the budget gap in Hartford is to get rid of Rosie. I couldn't agree more, but of course Rosie is Eddie's personal puppet so isn't going anywhere.

ReplyDeleteOne of two things will happen in May when Perez goes on trial:
ReplyDelete1. Perez takes a leave, is convicted and loses his job. Segarra ascends. Rose is gone.
2. Perez takes a leave, and is acquitted. He returns stronger than before, with Rose emboldened.
Someone should request on FOI on home much the City has lost on FOI cases.
ReplyDeleteHey Brookman can you get the stats on how many
ReplyDeleteFOI complaints, how many went to hearing and
how many were won or lost, how about other cities?
Rosie needs to leave waiting for el jefes to be arrested is not enough. I hope Council finds a loophole & gets rid of him
