HARTFORD.GOV DOWN AGAIN

Hartford.gov appears to be down once again.

Hopefully credit card purchases can still be processed

    No luck. They City is becoming a huge joke. It isn't even funny anymore.

    the it guy who runs the hartfordgov.com page wasnt paid because the money went for caviar for the Mayor,Sandy and Jared
