Hartford, CT (January 30th, 2019) Hartford Police arrest two adults and a juvenile, charged with assaulting school security guards.
At approximately 10:16am, dispatch received a call from the Annie Fisher School at 280 Plainfield Street on a report of an assault involving a security guard. Upon patrol officer arrival, it was determined that an adult male and female had parked in an unauthorized area of the school property and were asked to park elsewhere. The male occupant allegedly became belligerent and punched one of the security guards on the head.
The female joined in on the assault, as well as her fifteen-yearold son. During the altercation, a second security guard who responded to assist was also assaulted. One of the guards suffered a laceration to the head and was transported to St. Francis Hospital for treatment. The incident occurred on school property, but did not enter into the school. The fifteen year-old was not a student of the school, and at this time it is unknown as to why the male adult had attempted to enter the building.
The investigation into the matter continues. Both the arrested adults, Matthew Locke and Amber Mills, were transported and processed at the Hartford Police Department. Both will be arraigned at 10:00am at 101 Lafayette Street on Thursday, January 31st.
The fifteen-year-old juvenile was issued a juvenile summons to appear at juvenile court at a later date.

Really curious as to why they were at the school since the juvenile was not a student there.
ReplyDeleteIt just goes to show that no one working in the Hartford public school system is safe unless, of course, you are stationed on the 8th or 9th floor of the old G Fox building
ReplyDeleteLet me guess now. The man was a hasidic jew with the dreadlocks and the woman was a redheaded Irish catholic nun, and the kid gad to of been a pasty white blond haired blue eyed alterboy. Barbaric animas the lot. Any different race or nationality I’d be shocked. Simply shocked I tell you!
ReplyDeleteSo what will their punishment be? I’m sure Leslie will recommend a “restorative justice” circle much like that crap she’s pushing on the schools to implement. No more suspension, no more discipline referrals. Let’s just all sit together and discuss how it made the security guard feel when the 3 thugs beat the hell out of him. That’s a real deterrent. Wake up Social Worker!!!!
ReplyDeleteKev, I BEG OF YOU TO DO A REPORT ON DOUG McRORY EXPOSING HIMSELF AS AS A “ BOUGHT” POLITICIAN!!! McCrory tries to pass a bill that will be detrimental to CT’s microbreweries ,,he set the proposal up so that these small business startups have to decide on having taprooms to sell their product or have their goods sold out of liquor stores but they can’t do BOTH!!!! A bill like that will in no doubt put some out of business . WHY WOULD DOUG McCRORY WANT TO PRESENT SUCH A BILL??? Take a look at his campaign donors over the years ,its public information, one website is “ follow the money .org” ,,, ITS LITTERED WITH WHOLESALE LIQUOR REPRESENTATIVES AND COMPANIES!!!! He wants to put his donors competitors out of business!!! This should be investigated!!!! McGee was in on it too and then backed out, I wonder why???? What a joke ,McGee is quoted in the paper as wanting to promote small businesses.McRory should stick to wasting taxpayer dollars putting up bronze statues in Kenney Park.
ReplyDeleteHey Mr.Brookmam your gonna get a kick out of the latest email send from Hartford Fire Dept, fire chief Reginald Freeman. BULLYING IN THE FIREHOUSE!! This is the fire dept Reggie not a day care center. We guys or gals can't take it then this ain't the career for them!!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the email, but bullying is not acceptable, whether in a firehouse or any other workplace
ReplyDeleteMcGee for Mayor baby wooooo time to clean up Hartford
ReplyDeleteThere aren't enough tough people left for bullying to take place!
ReplyDeleteLeslie will probably blame the guards and put them on leave and then blame the teachers for.....something or other and then put them on leave.
ReplyDeleteNow that Bronin cost the city hundreds of thousands if not, millions, by missing the grant deadlines to subsidize payment for body cams, ask him to pay out of pocket or throw the bum out. I was a longtime supporter of his but no longer. This is untenable.
ReplyDeleteGet rid of Bronin. I think T J would make a fine mayor.
