What exactly is misconduct with a motor vehicle? I find it interesting that this guy cooperated with police remained on scene and was hit with all these charges and given a bond he can't afford. Meanwhile a rich white guy from Farmington brutally murdered his wife, and not only was he given a bond he could afford he has not shown an ounce of remorse.
Man I tell ya the complexion for the connection and protection is better than hitting the lotto smh.

Am I missing something here you idiot? He’s driving a vehicle that requires, by law, a commercial drivers license. You know what he didn’t have? A commercial drivers license!!! This “didndu” deserves to get locked up because his actions, like the “rich white guy from Farmington” resulted in a human beings death. Cry me a river because another “brother” is being held down because of his skin color. I call bullshit on this one and offer this advice, stop breaking the law jackass!!!

Anon 8:31AM something must be wrong with your reading comprehension skills. Nowhere am I defending or approving what non cdl driver did. I stated that the bail issue was not fair in both cases because he actually cooperated and confessed to being wrong. Dude your Neanderthal DNA is showing go back to your cave an continue to eat raw uncooked meat smh.

Just because you cooperate with the police doesn't diminish your actions in causing the death of another person.

With criminal negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle, the operator causes the death of another person.
