NO TIME FOR GOVERNING AGAIN THIS WEEK

Well, Monday was a holiday for the City. Tuesday the Mayor is in Hartford Superior Court on his latest round of felony charges. Now, after his appearance this morning, the case has been bound over to Superior Court Part A, which handles the more serious charges. That has resulted in another court appearance for Perez being scheduled for Friday in Superior Court.

Does anyone think that we are getting the full benefit of our elected CEO, Mayor Eddie A. Perez this week? And does anyone feel confident that his "acting" Chief of Staff Susan McMullen is at the helm during his absences?

  2. whether its the DisHonorable Mayor or some other corrupt ally of his, it makes no difference. We need to get rid of the Mayor and all his corrupt allies in order to have clean government.

  4. The Mayor and his legal puppet John Rose have only one strategy for everything... delay as long as possible and pay a lot more in the end. They do this to people they fire, citizens who sue the city over damages, FOI requests and now criminal charges. The city tax dollars and it's people are Eddie Perez's personal playground. He could care less about the city beyond what it allows him to do on a personal level. I look forward to when the Mayor reaches pay day for dragging this out and thanks to new laws from Rowland's corruption Eddie can lose his city pension if convicted.
