This is disgusting. I've lived in Hartford my whole life, went to school here, pay my taxes on time and have no criminal background whatsoever and I get turned down as an applicant, meanwhile garbage like this get's hired?
Who's going to check mayor caviar's city issued credit cards? We should know if there're any unauthorized charges for personal use (In other words: theft). Caviar should NOT be considered 'city official necessity'. We hope.
Not for nothing, but seeing the sea of CSP and HPD cruisers come to the aid of our brother down on the highway yesterday was IMPRESSIVE! I have never seen anything like that. I have the utmost respect for HPD. All the roads to the hospital shut down and the police escort was a sight to be seen, really shows the comradery and brotherhood. The trooper is going to be ok. Take a pause from the negativity and recognize the great men and women of the Hartford Police Department. Kudos to all of you.

One thing is funny nothing is going to happen to Paul West for letting a criminal out of the back of a police cruiser recently. Also nothing is happening to Chief Ford for the comment he made to a certain officer and he continues to harras just certain officers in the department. It seems that Rovella is looking to sweep it under the rug just the same way he sweeps everything that stf does under the rug. Here is a question for you Kevin. Can you look into both of these incidents and see how transparent HPD will be in providing information. I bet they won't as freely as they normally do.
Feliciano is gone like the medical equipment from the spare cruiser i used on my pj yesterday. He can kick and scream but will never wear a badge again. It is a cold reality. Two separate cases dummy. You cant get AR for both. Only one. Based on past practices you are gone fella ....

They had their chance to get rid of him years ago but i guess its who you know round these parts. If you dont like working for Ford, then go back to patrol . Kevin just a follow up on whether you made progress on Paul West and Chief Ford? Just really curious as to how Chief Rovella is handling the situations or if he is covering it up? Also I would like to see if they are as transparent as they normally are with you when it comes to providing you with FOI request when it comes to officers.
