John Gale submitted so many pages of contributors, pages and pages, all of which were hand written. Hey, John Gale 2015, you never heard of a computer? Is that how John Gale wants to lead Hartford in the 21st century? Is this a joke or what?
As expected, many lawyers contributed all kind of money to Gale. Lawyers from the state, lawyers from out of state, Lawyers from all over. Also the entertainment world contributed handsomely to his campaign, all the way from sunny California.
I witnessed myself when he represented one of his clients. Don't want to say it was all lies, don't want to call it exaggerations, but it didn't feel like being truthful either, to say the least.
I saw John gale on the tv she "The Real Story" today.....he was awful and supportive of the stupid ball stadium and said their was "some development" inHartford that Mayor Caviar should get some credit for.
Memo to John Gale....folks will not vote for "Pedro light". When they can vote for the real thing.
12:25AM: of course Gale will support that "stupid ball stadium", cause he already sees a way for himself to profit from it, at least with a large property he owns in the downtown area
John Gale shouldn't be considered to the mayor's job. At this time the only two serious candidates are Luke Bronin and Bob Killian. This is truly the only choice and the public will have to choose between these two.
John Gale reminds us repeatedly that he was born and raised in Hartford. Who cares? That doesn't make him a leader, that dowsn't qualify him to be a mayor.
John Gale's visible anger and prickly personality is going to do in his campaign. At the three mayoral debates/forums I've attended so far, he's attacked Killian--and especially Bronin--in a very snarky way. Does he realize the audience cringes--save for his family members--every time he does that? If he keeps that up, he'll be history before long.
But these forums allow us to see the candidates in their native habitat. I am sure you are seeing the same things everyone in the audience is also seeing.
No way Kevin. Say that to his face, he'll explode on you. He's been dreaming to become a mayor for years and why not, $600,000 plus benefits guaranteed for the next 4 years.

ReplyDeleteJohn Gale 2015 should be changed to "John Gale 1950" or something like "John Gale Touch of History". Keep on using a pen and a pencil John.
ReplyDeleteAs expected, many lawyers contributed all kind of money to Gale. Lawyers from the state, lawyers from out of state, Lawyers from all over.

Hey john gale, wake up, welcome to the 21st century
ReplyDeleteWe need a leader to take Hartford to the future. This man, John Gale, wants to lead Hartford to the history. No and thank you.
ReplyDeletePoor John Gale, he hasn't heard of the age of computers. As mayor he'll buy typewriters to heads of his departments.
ReplyDeleteWhy typewriters, save the city some money, give them pencils instead
ReplyDeletepens, pencils and carbon copies, the John Gale way
ReplyDeletedon't you get it, the handwritten documents thing is intentional, so nobody can figure out anything in his filings
ReplyDeleteI don't trust this John Gale, I never did
ReplyDeleteWatch out for John Gale, he'll say anything to win his case. Anything. You know what I mean.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Anonymous at 2:14 PM
ReplyDeleteOur next mayor must be Luke Bronin or Robert Killian.

ReplyDeleteI guess all we have to do is get rid of Segarra and dump Gale. We'll be doing ok with any one of the remaining candidates.

ReplyDeleteThis angry man, Gale, should already be in the history book. John Gale is simply an angry, angry man.
DeleteBut these forums allow us to see the candidates in their native habitat. I am sure you are seeing the same things everyone in the audience is also seeing.
ReplyDeleteBut say that to his face, you'll see angry

ReplyDeleteGale IS an angry man. We need a serious and thoughtful man or woman as our next mayor, as a leader, not an angry man.
