Unfortunately, Miss Jennings remains as the last councilwoman to remain on council who voted in favor of that disastrous financial mess of a stadium. But as we all know, the voting bobble heads of Hartford, being in a majority, will vote for mud if asked too.
It is not about 1 person, that is why the Council consists of 9 people. Jenings and Winch will quickly render themselves irrelevant if they become obstructionists. I think for the most part, we now have a group of intelligent people who will be able to work together and get things done. Time will tell. If they can't, they will hopefully suffer the same fate as Ken Kennedy
