    Media Take Out also known as MTO just ran this story on their website an Facebook page. The article is very misleading an puts HPD in a negative light they have a huge filling I wonder if the city of Hartford or the police officers themselves can file a class action lawsuit for defamation of a police force promoting a false story and gossip check it out Kevin!!!

    I saw that earlier today, the entire article is false information, but apparently they aren't responsible enough to correct it
