    Knowing how Gail Hardy at GA14 works, he will probably get more time on the bike without a headlight charge than he will as a convicted felon with a gun

    Bike riders must arm themselves to protect them from drivers drunk on narcotics. From now on, all bicyclists must carry semi automatic rifles. It the law.
