Why is Rovella not skipping (at least once)the guy that has multiple 10-47 arrests but skipped a guy with nothing against him who should've been made 1st wave? Make sense?

I am not familiar with the 47 person or who was passed over, if you would like to email me with more details or post it in a comment here if you are more comfortable with that and I will hold the comment instead of putting it through. I will try to get an answer for you

There should be more than one guy skipped on that list and left in the dust, the rat in booking, and Mr. Domestic in the property room. Just because you take a test and do well does not qualify you to be a supervisor, The rat has hid in his hole sinc the Mielie incident and his lack of police action while in the field, and Mr. Domestic hasn't been in patrol since his last arrest but he sure the hell can work a lot of PJ's. Poor choices to make Sergents, enough said.

Where u even hired around the Miele incident, do you know the truth behind the whole incident or you just an angry wash out who couldn't get promoted. As for Mr.Domestic, have u ever spoken or had a conversation with him? Do you know anything about his domestic case? So quit your typical rumor spreading of lies and not knowing and get the real answers. I have asked and spoken to both MEN about there issues, that so called Rat in booking stood up for himself for due to an order which he believes was unethical.
Mr. Domestic had issues with another PD overreaccting to a scorned woman who was out to destroy to him. So stop your belly aching whining be a man and speak with the new newly promoted sergeants. I guarantee they have no issues giving you the truth

I was around for the "Miele incident" and the rat is still a rat who has hid in a hole since then if he was a true man he would of stayed in the filed and not hid in booking his whole career, afraid to do police work. Even after the Miele incident he still had issues doing police work and his officer safety was something to be desired. So, don't act like this coward,non cop, is something to be proud of because he's not, if that is someone who you want supervising you then god bless ya. And as far as Mr. Domestic goes it wasn't one arrest it was two so he's a two time loser who has also hid out and taken advantage of the system, others have been suspended/fired for what he's done, but his penalty was to hide in the property room and work as many PJ's he can, another great example of true leadership.
They may fool some of the new hires but there are pleanty of "Cops" that know what these two waste of uniforms have done and not done. So keep your pity for them to ourself and anything out of their mouths would be one sided and a misrepresentation of the truth.

Mr.Domestic was recently at it again but this time it was misuse of his police powers. Th first incident was when he used the city's unmarked cruiser to go to the state lab and on his return trip activated the cars emergency lights because traffic was moving the way he wanted. Unfortunately for him the vehicle in front of him was a Capt. From the state police, when the trooper pulled over and Mr.Dometic drove by and turned off the lights that's when the Trooper returned the favor and when the roadside confrontation took place he had nothing to say, oops.
The second incident he shoud of been arrested for for violating state statue about carrying guns on school grounds while not on duty. The went to his stepsons school in west Hartford and walked in without the weapon being concealed and pointed to it and kept loudly announcing hat he was a Hartford Police officer and not to be alarmed and kept saying it making a special of himself from what understand the administration was aware of this and he still got promoted unreal. Great decision making, not.
