Let us know how many Gang-Bangers & other miscreants turn in their weapons. LOL.
I am not a big believer in the buybacks either, but every gun taken out of a home is another weapon that won't fall into the wrong hands, especially of a child or a burglar that will put another weapon on the street. It does make a difference
