Kevin, thoughts on this (perhaps a blog post)? I thought this wasn't going to be 100% taxpayer funded, and yet it seems this was slid in tonight when no public would be in attendance due tonthe storm and no private equity being used now... http://touch.courant.com/#section/2224/article/p2p-82640772/
ReplyDeleteThis how this Criminal Pedro operates, just like a thief in the night. If Hartford and the media DO NOT EXPOSE this Criminal for who and what he is, then democracy is flushed down the toilet in this corrupt ridden city, under Pedro E. Segarra and We Th People, have failed ourselves.
ReplyDeleteMEDIA DO YOUR JOB, EXPOSE PEDRO FOR THE CRIMINAL HE IS! He has broken the laws he is suppose to enforce as Mayor. He has lied, mislead and misrepresentation himself, unfortunately when you CHOOSE to become a Public Figure, your past is in play and SHOULD be addressed! ALL OF IT, every seedy detail.
EXPOSE HIM, EXPOSE HIM NOW, we can not survive another term of corruption under this sick pervert.
Come on Brookman...posting once a week will never keep up with the corruption in this broken city. Lets go...you have dozens of bitter, disillusioned city employees who know all the dirt on these corrupt officials. We are willing to tell all. Hard to keep secrets in the internet age. The powers that be hate the internet becauses it exposes all their dirty dealings. Big question... When is Huertas getting fired? Did you hear...He has a new strategy. He is actually going to visit the firehouses in the city and talk to the firefighters. And people say he isn't smart. What a visionary...Carlos must be a genius..do you see all the abbreviations after his name on the letterhead. So impressive.
ReplyDeleteOh yea...did you hear how the HFD is embracing ancient script..New paper logs have been purchased for all the firehouses..this should really straighten things out. In the last century we moved to a computer program, but it never worked that well. Huretas also wants to bring back the horses and the bucket brigade, staffed by hundreds of Hartford residents. We'll take all the help we can get.
ReplyDeleteRumer has it its his "Farewell Tour".
ReplyDeleteI saw Huertas in Macy's buying a white feathered hat for his farewell ride.
