KEVIN BROOKMAN said...: yes, a huge waste of money, but as long as the State keeps throwing money at the City to bail it out, there is really no need to change. On the flip side, in the Connecticut General Assembly, 3 legislators share one assistant, why couldn't that work in Hartford. The only difference is the Hartford City Council members love having someone they are over and someone that will do all of their errands.
