CITY TEST DRIVING NEW VEHICLES FOR ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF AND CORP COUNSEL

Apparently after the sham job posting was released for the position of Hartford Fire Assistant Chief, the City's Fleet Manager began test driving  vehicles to assign as "HFD  Car 2"  ."
