KEVIN BROOKMAN said...: It is not about 1 person, that is why the Council consists of 9 people. Jenings and Winch will quickly render themselves irrelevant if they become obstructionists. I think for the most part, we now have a group of intelligent people who will be able to work together and get things done. Time will tell. If they can't, they will hopefully suffer the same fate as Ken Kennedy; November 5, 2015 at 5:55 PM
