Another high profile tenant in the Wal-mart Plaza on Flatbush Avenue has closed abruptly.
The Pollo Tropical Restaurant which opened about a year ago, has closed its doors, another casualty of the current economy

I agree, I only went there once and I wasn't impressed
One of the poorest cities in the US, high unemployment, low median income...national chains are not going to come here. Remember Texas Roadhouse, Spaghetti Warehouse, etc.
Folks, its called real Economic Development, City Hall fiscal responsiblity, and JOBS!!!
