The members of HFD know how Kevin died and what was responsible for it. You can help try and blame the unmotivated new FF's and problems of a few members. But the truth of the matter is that the FF's most responsible for what happened were very smart and highly respected supervisors with many certificates to prove their worthiness. The head of our city Corporation Counsel is chosen by the mayor and is confirmed by nobody.
