For the second time in less than three days , someone has had their grey matter splattered on the ground in a senseless killing with a single gunshot wound to the head.
When do we as a community say that enough is enough and begin to change this culture of crime.
Here are the details from HPD:
On Monday, June 25, 2018, Patrol responded to 160 North Canaan Street on a shot spotter activation that recorded 3 rounds. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim in a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. The victim was pronounced deceased at 2059 hours by on scene paramedics. A crime scene was established and secured. Detectives from the Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation. Detective Dematteo is assigned as the lead investigator. Investigation on-going. The victim was identified as William Smalls (D.O.B.7/3/75). His next of kin information is as follows:

These are primarily the black and immigrant populations that the democrats say they much love, but actually don't give a hoot about, only want to maintain the poverty industry that enriches them. Hear them panic when a doctor family gets invaded in Meriden, people attacked who look like them, in the 'burbs. That's not a part of their program.
