As a firefighter I have responded at least 12 times this summer's to that address . Assaults, overdoses, stabbings multiple shots fired, illegal parties where they sell alcohol and drugs.Open drug sales right in public view within 500 feet of an elementary school. I have an uncle who resides across the street who has called police hundreds of times for all their illegal activities. Rumor is the house is owned by a worker from public works dept. in Hartford and his nephew's are the ones doing illegal parties every weekend and selling drugs.I have been saying for months a homicide was going to occurred there. The parties will continue next weekend as usual with open drug sales in broad daylight. Business as usual.HPD has responded there numerous times. When HPD shows up the dealers just hide the drugs inside the house.

Assessor's website says property owned by Leonie Stennett Parks of Cornwall Street in Hartford. Does Leonie work for Public Works? Is there a conspiracy here to protect a City employee? Why haven't the nuisance laws been utilized to shut this 24-hour party down?

Funny how us normal people can investigate stuff on Facebook about the illegal block parties on Hillside Ave and Hartford Police can't. U can clearly see on the Facebook of Junior Stennet the hundreds of illegal parties being advertise there
