good job Kevin....at last we have the truth here.....and it certainly looks terrible for Hector.
It read like a fkn crime novel..right down to the fraudulent time cards and statements taken from witnesses...the investigators of the cheif states attorneys office are going to love the report and I can envision a arrest warrant soon....

Robles is thinking about fighting this after he admits to almost everything during the IAD interview? Scooch over Eddie, here comes a cell mate.
It's amazing that nobody noticed this before? Doesn't anyone know when these guys are working?
Robles head seems abnormally large. Does he have a touch of Down's Syndrome?
