Does Mr. Ivan Ramos, Esq. win any cases for the city?

I think you have to ask if any of the lawyers in the Corp Counsel Office win cases. It is interesting that Mr. Ramos is the attorney losing most of these labor cases. Possibly he is the city's "Labor expert" in which case he should be advising against these trainwrecks before they have to defend them.
Oh well, it's only money, what's a few million here and there.
